Privacy & KVKK

This page explains which data is processed when you visit the site and submit a form.

This text is a draft and requires legal review before publication.

Data controller

The data controller is Tekno Sürüm Teknoloji Tarım Hayvancılık Enerji A.Ş., İTÜ Arı Teknokent No:4, Suite 1101, 34467 Sarıyer / İstanbul, Türkiye.

Data collected

When you submit the contact form we process the name, email address, phone number, farm name, herd size and message you provide. Your IP address and browser details are also recorded automatically by the form infrastructure. Viewing the site likewise produces an access log at the hosting provider.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed solely so that your enquiry can be answered and, where relevant, pre-contractual discussions can be carried out. The legal bases are Art. 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion of a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the controller) of the Turkish Data Protection Law. Your data is not used for marketing, and no commercial electronic message is sent to you without your separate explicit consent.

Third parties and international transfer

Form submissions pass through Web3Forms, a third-party service that forwards the message by email; its servers are located outside Türkiye, so the transfer falls under Art. 9 of the Turkish Data Protection Law. The site is published on the infrastructure of a hosting provider that keeps short-lived access logs for security purposes. If visit measurement is enabled, we use Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data. No data is transferred to any other third party.

Retention period

Data you send through the contact form is kept for at most 24 months after your enquiry is concluded, then deleted or anonymised. If a commercial relationship is established, the data is retained for the limitation periods required by applicable law.

Cookies and fonts

This site uses no marketing or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. Fonts are self-hosted, so no request is made to a third-party font service.

Your rights

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in the law; to request that such actions be notified to the third parties concerned; to object to an adverse outcome produced by analysis carried out solely by automated means; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing. If you are located in the EU or EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

How to apply

Send requests relating to your rights, together with information verifying your identity, to the email address below or in writing to the postal address above. Requests are concluded within 30 days at the latest and, as a rule, free of charge.
